Write to us immediately. We can change an address or cancel while the order is still in Handling, but once the carrier has scanned the parcel the address is fixed and it has to complete its journey.

No — we do not charge a restocking fee on any return. Once your return passes inspection you get the full item price back.

You do, unless the return is our error — wrong item, wrong size against your order, or a fault. Then we cover it. Use a trackable service; we cannot refund a parcel lost on the way back.

We issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection and email you when it leaves. Your bank typically takes a further 3–5 business days to show it.

Higher gsm or oz means heavier and warmer. A 130gsm sun shirt is for exposed afternoons; a 480gsm fleece is for a 40°F fog morning. Every product page states the number rather than calling it 'midweight'.

Tops run XS through 2XL. Bottoms run waist 28 through 38. Every product page has a Fit line describing how that piece is cut, because a relaxed canvas pant and a trim grid fleece are not the same medium.

Canvas: machine wash cold, tumble low, no fabric softener — softener coats the cotton and stops it breathing. Fleece: cold wash, low tumble, and never soften it, which flattens the pile permanently.

Yes. Screens render colour differently and slight variation between a photograph and the garment is normal. If a piece is not the colour you expected, the return window covers it.
