We describe every item as accurately as we can, including fabric weight, fit and measurements. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between a photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not a defect. Prices are in U.S. dollars and already include any applicable sales tax.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch the item. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, the address falls outside the area we serve, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.

We accept PayPal (GloooPay) + Visa/Mastercard/Amex. Payment is taken through our processor; card details are never stored by us.

Delivery estimates, Handling Time and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to TEETSAEA ECOM LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use the content commercially without written permission.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its operation, not to place fraudulent orders, and not to extract data by automated means without written permission.

A review must reflect your own experience of the item. We publish reviews as written, subject to removing content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product. We do not write reviews ourselves and we do not pay for them.

We link to third parties such as our payment processor and carriers. Those sites are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, except any that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify us against claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the site.

We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, labour action, carrier network failure or government measures. Where such an event prevents an order being fulfilled we refund it in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States. Nothing in this section removes your right to bring a claim in a small claims court.

We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you order are the terms that apply to that order.
